The small print — kept as human as small print gets.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we email confirmation. We may decline orders (e.g. suspected fraud, offensive wording, pricing errors) with a full refund of anything paid.
2. Personalisation accuracy
We print exactly what you type — please double-check spelling. Choosing “Email me a proof first” pauses printing until you approve. Errors you approve at proof stage are your responsibility; errors we introduce are ours and will be reprinted free.
3. Prohibited content
We won't print offensive, defamatory or trademark-infringing text, and may cancel such orders with a refund.
4. Delivery
Timescales on our Delivery & Returns page are estimates; Royal Mail delays outside our control can occur.
5. Returns & guarantee
Personalised goods are exempt from change-of-mind cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 12-month Stay-Stuck Guarantee and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply as described on the Delivery & Returns page.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property
Label designs, site content and branding remain ours. Your personalisation text remains yours — we only use it to fulfil your order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
